Before the Pause was born from lived experience. Ten years into perimenopause, struggling to figure out what was going on with my body and mind, I became a certified Menopause Champion. Now I aim to share the knowledge and insights I wish I had known ten years ago when I started my journey. Combining personal understanding with professional training, Before the Pause encourages women to embrace self-care, prioritize mental and emotional well-being, and advocate for their health.
